By using the Greenlight app or website, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who Can Use Greenlight
Greenlight is for content creators aged 13 and above. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us at [email protected] right away.
What Greenlight Offers
Greenlight provides four tools - Algorithm Pulse, Blueprint Generator, Flop Shield, and Trend Scanner - to help you make smarter content decisions. Our tools give guidance based on data, but they don't guarantee specific results like views, followers, or income.
AI-Generated Guidance
Greenlight's tools use data and automated models to generate suggestions, scores, and content plans. These are starting points to guide your decisions - not professional advice or a promise of performance. You're responsible for what you choose to create and publish, and for making sure it follows the rules and community guidelines of the platforms you post on.
Plans & Payments
We offer three plans:
- Free - limited daily use, no charge
- Creator Pro - $7.99/month (KES 999) or $79.90/year
- Team - $39.99/month - for agencies and teams up to 50 people
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partial months already billed.
How to Use Greenlight
Use Greenlight for lawful purposes only. Don't try to copy, break, or misuse the platform. Don't share your account credentials.
Our Content & Yours
Greenlight and everything in it belongs to us. The content you create using Greenlight's tools is yours. We don't claim ownership of your videos or ideas.
Your Privacy
We respect your data. How we collect, use, and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Suspension & Termination
You can stop using Greenlight or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the Service, or puts other users at risk. If we do, we'll let you know where we can.
Disclaimer & Liability
Greenlight is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, Greenlight is not liable for lost views, income, data, or other indirect losses that result from using - or being unable to use - the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Greenlight grows or as the law changes. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Greenlight after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
